This book is essential for anyone looking to play some of the more involved games like "Goonies II" and "Rygar". I found one in near mint condition about 5 years ago at Goodwill for 50 cents. It's likely the best deal I'll ever come across there.

I never heard of Action 52 until a few years ago. The idea is solid, but the execution is pretty hilarious. Not something I'd actually pay money for, but I'm not trying to complete an NES collection, so I don't need it.
